A comprehensive estimation is considered a step towards a profitable job. The goal of our estimating department is to provide you with good services that can lead you to win the project. Our estimates typically include everything that goes in to construction, from demolition to finishing.
Quantity and Material Take-offs
We specialize in material takeoff and quantity surveys for both labor and materials. We specialize in the takeoffs like concrete, masonry, structural steel, lumber, drywall, trim, doors and windows and flooring etc. We count every material item required to build any size construction project.
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
Our in-house MEP team has over 15 years of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing skills. Our MEP services include detailed MEP estimation throughout the design, parallel estimation with the trade subcontractors for bid pricing review, change order and value-added cost-reducing options.
Project Scheduling and Planning
In order to mitigate the possibility of construction teams running out of time and resources, construction scheduling services are available from conceptual design through construction. Project scheduling serves to ensure the correct match of labor, equipment and materials with the time line of project activities. And in addition to helping construction teams stay within their allotted budgets.
